Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup grated beetroot
  2. 1 cup boiled sweet potato
  3. 1/2 cup Boil peas
  4. 1 cup bread crumb
  5. 1 tsp chop green chilli
  6. 1 tsp ginger
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp chaat masala
  11. 1 tsp garam masala
  12. 1 tsp jeera powder
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Grate beetroot
  2. Mash sweet potato
  3. Add peas chilli and ginger
  4. Add coriander leaves
  5. And spices
  6. Add bread crumb and mix all of them
  7. Now make tikkies
  8. Shallow fry them by adding oil
  9. Serve hot with sauce, chutney or mayo
