About Mutton ke ladoo Recipe

This dish is prepared with very few ingredients and the mutton is minced on a grinding stone for extra taste.

Mutton ke ladoo

Ingredients to make Mutton ke ladoo

  • Mutton without skin - 1/2 kg
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder as per choice
  • oil for shallow fry - 4 tbsp
  • ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

How to make Mutton ke ladoo

  1. Wash and clean the mutton, chop the mutton nicely when its minced properly, add it to the grinding stone. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and again mince the mutton well with the grinding stone. Add 1 tbsp of oil and grind it well and set aside.
  2. Take a bowl of water apply little on your palm, take a little bit of the mutton masala and give it a shape of balls or ladoo shape.
  3. Take a big bottom vessel, add oil around 5 tbsp and leave the mutton balls in it, see to it that the gas is on low flame and it cooks the ladoos well. Turn the ladoos and cook it on both the sides. Serve hot with rotis and onion rings.
