When we are in a diet and need something really healthy but the tongue needs tasty food too, then try this simple Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad. A wholesome food for a meal.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2-3 chicken beast pieces
  2. 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  3. salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp of pepper powder
  5. 5-6 fresh French beans
  6. 2-3 tsp of green peas
  7. broccoli/cauliflower 3-4 small pieces of flower
  8. Spinach leaves 3-4
  9. 1 tomato sliced
  10. 2 tsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Make the chicken pieces flat by beating them with a rolling pin
  2. Marinate them with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside to few minutes for rest. Spread 2 tsp of olive oil in the grill pan and grill the chicken pieces first of 10 -15 minutes till cooked by both the sides.
  3. After the chicken are cooked, add the vegetables and sauté them for few minutes. Sprinkle salt over the vegetables.
  4. A food for health is ready with a wholesome meal
