This is very simple pan fried tikkas
It goes well with green chutney.
Cut paneer into cubes and Capsicum, Onion and tomatoes into slices
Take a bowl put hung curd
Now put ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, dry orange colour. Mix properly
Now take 2 tbsp of Mustard oil on pan. Heat it.. Put the flame off
Now mix 1/2 tsp Haldi in hot oil and mix that oil in the marination... It will give a nice colour and enhance the taste
Now roast 2 tbsp Besan with butter till it gives nice aroma
Put this into the marination and whisk it well
At the last add lemon juice and adjust the masalas according to your taste
Now put paneer cubes, Capsicum, Onion and tomatoes slices and mix well
Keep the marination in fridge for 10-15 minutes
Now take a charcoal piece and burn it on gas
Take a Onion slice put it in the marination put that charcoal piece on it and put a butter piece and immediately keep the lid so that the charcoal flavour gets into the marination
Now take the cubes and slices and put them in skewers
Pan fry them and later on show them on directly on fire for that burnt flavour
Serve them with chutney or sauce
