These soya seekh kebabs are melt in mouth, kababs which are perfect appetizer for any party occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya granules - 1 cup
  2. Bengal gram - 1/4 th cup
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. Whole garam masala ( cinnamon, mace, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, black pepper corns] - just a few
  5. 7-8 dry red chillies
  6. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Chat masala - 1/4 th tsp
  10. Bread crumbs [as required]
  11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  12. Black salt [as required]
  13. 1 big chopped onion
  14. 2 chopped Green chillies
  15. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker.. Put Chana, soya granules, khade masala, salt. Pressure cook it and cool down
  2. Now put the mixture into blender and make a paste
  3. Mix all the dry masalas into it
  4. Grateful the boiled potato and mix into it
  5. Put bread crumbs
  6. Now take a pan put Mustard oil fry Onion, green chillies
  7. Now mix them in masala and adjust the salt according to your taste
  8. Take wooden skewers put the masala and pan fry them
  9. Else you can make tikkis and shallow fry them
