ABOUT Oats Dosa RECIPE

A variation to the regular dosa, a very healthy one but with no compromise in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Urad dal
  2. 1/2 cup dosa rice
  3. 2 cups Oats
  4. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  5. Salt to taste
  6. oil to make dosa

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal, rice and fenugreek seeds all together for at least 4 hours.
  2. Soak the oats for 10 minutes.
  3. Grind all these to a smooth paste and add salt. Mix well. The batter should be smooth.
  4. No need to ferment it.
  5. Heat tawa and sprinkle some water, when it evaporates take a laddle full of batter and spread it with the flat part of the laddle and make a circle.
  6. Spread oil over Dosa and cook/roast it till it turns golden brown in colour.
  7. Remove it from tawa using spatula and serve hot with chutney.

do v gt separate dosa rice r can v use regular colomrice..plz suggest
