ABOUT Mutton Seekh Kabab RECIPE

Mutton seekh kababs are spicy kabab made from mutton minced mixture. It is a delightful non veg starter. Usually it is grilled on barbeque, and served with salad and green chutney and with lemon wedges.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram Mutton minced
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 1/2_table spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  7. 1table spoon coriander powder
  8. 1tea spoon garam masala
  9. 2table spoon besan( chana flour)
  10. Mint leaves
  11. Corinder leaves
  12. 1 tea spoon chat masala
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil/ butter to brush

Instructions

  1. Chop onion
  2. Chop green chillies
  3. Roast besan powder
  4. In mixie jar take mutton minced
  5. To this add chopped onion
  6. Add ginger garlic paste
  7. Now add green chillies
  8. Add red chilli powder
  9. Turmeric powder
  10. Coriander powder
  11. Add. Garam masala powder
  12. Add roasted chana powder
  13. Add mint leaves
  14. Now add coriander leaves
  15. Finally add salt and chat masala
  16. Grind to fine mixture
  17. Take out into bowl
  18. Shape the mixture in to kabas put them on skewers.
  19. Place the skewers on Barbeque.
  20. While kababs are on the Barbeque brush oil or butter on each side time to time.
  21. Cook till its done
  22. Serve hot with lemon juice,salad and green chutney.
