ABOUT Kothambir waffle RECIPE

This is a oil free recipe and baked also because i make it in baked waffle.otherwise kothambir wadi prepare by steaming and then frying.but this new method made this recipe in a healthy way.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup coriander leaves
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Water as required in batter
  6. 2 tsp Chopped ginger
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. For Tadka----
  9. 1 tsp oil
  10. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  11. 1/4 tsp hing
  12. 6-7 curry leaves
  13. Pinch of baking soda
  14. Garlic and green chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. Chop and wash coriander leaves
  2. Add in a bowl
  3. Take besan and add
  4. Add salt and red chilli powder
  5. Add water and make a batter
  6. Whisk properly
  7. Take green chilli and ginger and chop them
  8. Make tadka by heating oil
  9. Add hing and rai
  10. Add curry leaves and chilli ginger
  11. Mix tadka in batter
  12. Now add baking soda
  13. Preheat ovan
  14. Grease waffle mould and pour batter in it
  15. Bake it for 20 min.at 180 degree
  16. When ready cool a little
  17. Then in mould them
  18. And serve with green and garlic chutney
