Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Toovar dal - 1 cup
  2. Urad dal - 1 cup
  3. Chana dal - 1 cup
  4. Rice - 2 cups
  5. poha - 3 tbs
  6. Salt as required
  7. oil for making dosa

Instructions

  1. Soak toovar dal,urad dal, chana dal,poha and rice for 5 hours.
  2. Grind the toovar dal,urad dal, chana dal,poha and rice.
  3. Take the dosa batter, check consistency adding needed water. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour dosa batter on dosa tawa.
