Ingredients to make Carrot paneer sandwich.

  • Brown bread slice 4-6
  • 3/4 cup grated carrot
  • 100 gram grated paneer
  • 1 TBSP red chilli FLAKES
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp low fat butter
  • salt to taste

How to make Carrot paneer sandwich.

  1. Combine the paneer,carrot,red chilli flakes,jeera powder,black pepper,1 tsp butter and salt in bowl mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portion.
  3. On a pan or toaster toast Bread slice
  4. Now spread some butter on bread.
  5. Place one portion of mixture on each toast put another bread on it.
  6. Put it in a pan or toaster for few minutes till they turn golden in colour.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney
