Ingredients to make Raw Banana Soya Patties

  • onions - 2 chopped finely
  • coriander - 200 gms
  • Raw banana - 2
  • potatoes - 3
  • Soya chunks - 1 cup
  • lemon-1/2
  • Spice powders :
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • cornflour - 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to make Raw Banana Soya Patties

  1. PRESSURE COOK 2 RAW BANANAS, 3 POTATOES. DESKIN AND MASH
  2. ADD 200GMS CHOPPED CORIANDER AND MIX WELL
  3. ADD 2 TBSPS OIL TO A SAUCE PAN. FRY 2 CHOPPED ONIONS.
  4. ADD A TBSP OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE TILL RAW SMELL GOES AWAY.
  5. ADD BOILED AND COARSELY GROUND SOYA. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP TURMERIC 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD THE SOYA MIXTURE TO THE RAW BANANA AND POTATOE MIXTURE
  8. SQUEEZE JUICE OF HALF LEMON
  9. TAKE A BIG BALL OF DOUGH AND MAKE FLATTEN INTO A ROUND PATTY. COAT WELL WITH CORNFLOUR.
  10. FRY THE PATTY ON BOTH SIDES WITH 2 TBSPS OF OIL.
