  • 50 grams tang orange flavour powder
  • 200 grams paneer, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon maida/all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • FOR dahi BURFI (WHITE BURFI)
  • 1 cup hung curd/ greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1{2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoon maida
  • FOR mint LIME BURFI
  • 100 grams paneer
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup of mint leaves , washed & chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • Few drops of edible green colour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoon maida

How to make TANGY TIRANGA TREAT

  1. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  2. ADD PANEER
  3. TANG ORANGE POWDER & POWDERED SUGAR
  4. MIX & COOK UNTIL IT STARTS BUBBLING
  5. ADD MAIDA & MIX WELL
  6. COOK UNTIL THE MIXTURE COMES TOGETHER
  7. OUR ORANGE BURFI IS READY
  8. SPREAD ON A GREASED PLATE & COOL COMPLETELY
  9. ADD SLICES OF ALMONDS/ PISTACHIOS
  10. FOR DAHI BURFI HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  11. ADD HUNG CURD & MILK POWDER
  12. NEXT GOES THE POWDERED SUGAR & ELAICHI POWDER
  13. COOK UNTIL IT STARTS BUBBLING
  14. ADD MAIDA/APF & MIX
  15. ONCE THE MIXTURE STARTS TO FORM A LUMP. TRANSFER ON A GREASED PLATE
  16. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS
  17. IN A MIXER JAR TAKE PANEER, LIME JUICE & MINT LEAVES
  18. GRIND FOR 30 SECONDS
  19. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  20. ADD THE PANEER MINT MIXTURE & EDIBLE FOOD COLOUR
  21. MIX & BLEND THE COLOUR WELL
  22. ADD MILK POWDER & POWDERED SUGAR
  23. MIX WELL & COOK UNTIL IT STARTS BUBBLING
  24. NOW ADD MAIDA & MIX WELL
  25. COOK UNTIL THE MIXTURE UNTIL IT FORMS A LUMP
  26. OUR MINT LIME BURFI IS READY
  27. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED NUTS OF CHOICE
