Ingredients to make Veg momos and noodles momos

  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 4 dry Kashmiri mirch
  • 10 ,15 methi dana
  • 4 garlic 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar(optional)
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup carrots  grated
  • 1 cup cabbage grated
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic,ginger  finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cabbage
  • 1 packet maggi masala
  • 1 packet maggi noodles
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • water

How to make Veg momos and noodles momos

  1. How to Make Vegetable Momos Mix the maida, salt and oil knead to a stiff dough with water.
  2. For veg momos Heat oil and add the ginger and garlic. Saute over high heat and add the carrot and cabbage. Turn around over high heat .Take it off the heat and mix in the Soya sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. For noodles momos Firstly in a large kadai heat oil. saute ginger garlic and vegetables. Add water and get to a boil. now add maggi masala and noodles.mix well and cook till the water is absorbed completely.
  4. now add soy sauce . Roll the dough thin and rounds.
  5. Take a round, wet edges and place some filling in the center
  6. Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way
  7. Steam for about 10 minutes and serve with momos chutney
  8. For making chutney Heat a oil and add methi dana and all the ingredients saute all well. once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomato.In  blender add peeled tomatoes, red chillies, ginger, garlic methi dana Add salt as per the taste. grind all the mixture to form a smooth paste.finally, your momos chutney is ready and enjoy with your choice of momos or veg momos
