Low Carb Baked Broccoli Tots

Ingredients to make Low Carb Baked Broccoli Tots

  • Broccoli florets 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Psyllium husk (isabgol) 1/4 cup
  • Hung curd 1 tbsp
  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • onion powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt 3/4 tsp

How to make Low Carb Baked Broccoli Tots

  1. Preheat oven to 190'C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then remove and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
  3. Chop broccoli finely and mix in all the ingredients.
  4. Using a heaping tablespoon of the mixture, roll it in your hands before pressing down on the top and bottom of the ball while pressing it on the sides and rotating to form a "tot" shape.
  5. Place onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake until golden brown and crispy, 18-20 minutes, turning half way.
