This recipe is healthy, sugar free,preservatives free.U can give ur kids without any worry.The market bought gummy bears are full of preservatives and contain sugar artificial flavors..This gummy bear are tasty and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup strawberry puree
  2. 2 tbsp honey
  3. 1/3 cup water
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 4 tsp gelatin or agar agar pwd

Instructions

  1. Freeze 2 packs of strawberries in freezer for 10 hours.
  2. Remove from freezer and after half an hour blend into blender.
  3. Sieve this pulp to make smooth and seed free pulp.
  4. Now in heavy bottomed sauce pan add all the ingredients except agar agar pwd.
  5. Heat this mixture on slow flame till it boils a little.
  6. Continuously whisk to avoid sticking at bottom.
  7. Add agar agar pwd one tsp at a time to avoid lumps.
  8. The mixture will become glossy shiny and thick after adding 4th tsp of agar agar pwd.
  9. Pour this mixture in silicon moulds if any shape and tap.
  10. Ok if there are too Many bubbles sieve mixture again.
  11. Silicone moulds are much better to get glossy gummy bears.
