Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients to make Sweet Potato Chips

  • 4 nos of Sweet Potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt/ sendha namak to taste

How to make Sweet Potato Chips

  1. Wash the sliced sweet potatoes and spread them for few minutes over a kitchen towel.
  2. Heat enough oil, drop in gently the slices one by one and fry until they turn crispy. Remove the chips from the oil and drain the excess oil with a paper towel.
  3. Immediately sprinkle the red chilly powder, chaat masala and salt on top, give it a quick toss and continue frying the remaining uncooked chips.
  4. Conserve these chips in an air tightened box. Enjoy munching!
