Chatpata Masala Corn

Ingredients to make Chatpata Masala Corn

  • 2 cup american boiled corn
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Kala namak 1/4 tsp
  • Handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch each of white and black pepper
  • 1/2 boiled potato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped

How to make Chatpata Masala Corn

  1. Assemble the corn ,onion, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber together in a bowl.
  2. Take the potato, add salt, red chilli powder and mix it well. Put the potatoes mixture into the corn mixture.
  3. Next, add salt, kala namak, chat masala, black pepper, white pepper, green chillies, lemon juice and some corriander leaves. Mix it well together.
  4. Serve it in a platter and enjoy!
