  • 1/3 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 medium potato boiled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 spoonWhite mayonnaise
  • 8-10 bread slice
  • butter as required

How to make Vegetable mayonnaise sandwich

  1. In a mixing bowl take the carrot capsicum cabbage and onions and mix well
  2. Now add the chopped boiled potatoes to the above and mix well.
  3. Add mayonnaise and black pepper.
  4. Heat the pan. Add the butter and roast the bread on both sides.
  5. Spread butter on the bread slices.
