Ingredients to make Oats kheer

  • 50 gram. Oats
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp butter (unsalted)
  • 4 cardamom [powdered]
  • 7-8 chopped almonds
  • 7-8 cashews (chopped)
  • 100 gram sugar

How to make Oats kheer

  1. Heat butter in a kadhai
  2. Add oats and roast it 30 -40 second
  3. Take container and fill it with milk and boil it
  4. When the milk is boiled properly add the roasted oats
  5. Cook it on medium flame by stirring for 5 to 6 minutes
  6. Add sugar and put off the flame
  7. Add cardamom powder into it and mix it
  8. Garnish it with chopped almond and cashew
  9. Serve it hot or cold as you wish
