Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 2 tbspoon
  2. Yellow spilit peas flour 2 tspoon
  3. Ginger 1/4 tspoon
  4. Green chilly 1 finely chopped (optional)
  5. Cumin 1/4 tspoon
  6. Asefoetida 1 pinch
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Black pepper 1/4 tspoon
  9. Coriander leaves 1 tspoon chopped
  10. butter 1 tspoon
  11. Water 2 glass

Instructions

  1. Firstly take water in a deep pan.
  2. Add all ingredients except butter and coriander in the water.
  3. Mix well together.
  4. Keep pan on gas .
  5. And boil for 10 minutes.
  6. While the soup boil turn gas on sim for 5 minutes.
  7. Add butter in soup.
  8. Garnish green coriander and serve hot.
