Ingredients to make Sevaiya pulav

  • 1 cup vermicily sevaiya
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped green chili
  • 3 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 2 tsp chopped green garlic
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped

How to make Sevaiya pulav

  1. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  2. Heat it and add vermicily sevaiya
  3. Cook till changes colour and take it out
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in to pan and add cumin seeds
  5. Add green chili and onion
  6. Saute it for 2 minutes
  7. Add capsicum and tomato also add green garlic
  8. Add salt garam Masala and red chili powder
  9. Add soya sauce
  10. Add sevaiya and 1 cup water
  11. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes
  12. Serve hot
