Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups chopped Spinach
  2. 1/2cup chopped carrot
  3. 1/2cup Onion chopped
  4. 1cup chopped tomato
  5. 1table spoon chopped garlic
  6. 1 table spoon chopped Ginger
  7. 1table spoon pepper corn
  8. 1/2cup chopped almonds
  9. 2 table spoon roasted Sesame
  10. 1 cup spinach jullions
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Olive oil as per required to fry Spinach jullions
  13. For White Sauce
  14. 2 table spoon butter
  15. 2 table spoon whole wheat flour
  16. 2 cups butter
  17. Salt & pepper to taste .

Instructions

  1. Place all vegetable spinach , Carrot , onion , Ginger ,garlic , pepper corn ,and salt with 4 cups of water in pressure cooker .
  2. Allow to cook for 4 whistle On high flame .
  3. Set aside for cooling .
  4. Blend all mixture with hand blender
  5. Starin all mixture with soup strainer .
  6. Keep aside residue for later use ,don't throw it .Make cutlets or paratha with that .
  7. Now melt butter in a pan add whole wheat flour mix well and saute .
  8. Add milk in the pan very slowly
  9. Add salt & proper ,keep stirring to avoid lumps .
  10. Now add strained soup in the sauce very slowly keep stirring to avoid lumps . Boil for 5 minutes .
  11. Your soup is ready .
  12. Roast chopped almond in a pan Till pink .
  13. Roast white sesame seeds in the same pan .
  14. Add some olive oil in the same pan and fry spinach jullions till crisp .Drain out on absorbent paper .
  15. Now heat your soup before serving .
  16. Top it with fried Crispi spinach jullions , roasted almonds and roasted Sesame .
  17. Dash with fresh cream if you want .
