ABOUT Mix vegetable raita RECIPE

It is healthy combination of veggies and curd which increase the taste of every meal. It also increases digestion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 250 gm
  2. Vegetables chopped ( carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato) 2 tablespoon each
  3. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillies 1/4 teaspoon chopped
  6. Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Your mix veg raita is ready to serve.
  4. Serve it with pulao or gravy.
