ABOUT semolina semiya upmav. RECIPE

A simple dish taken usually for breakfast. it is more tasty when served with coconut chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. cooked semiya 1cup
  2. Rawa 1/2 cup
  3. grated coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Oil 3 tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chillies 1
  9. Curry leaves a few
  10. oil
  11. water enough to cook rawa. 1cup.

Instructions

  1. heat a pan with oil. put mustard seeds , red chilli & curry leaves. fry.
  2. Then add onion & green chillies. fry till done.
  3. then add water & enough salt. let it boil.
  4. add rawa to the boiling water cook almost done. then add cooked semiya & coconut.
  5. stir well . remove from fire when rawa is thick.
  6. stir well without any lumps.
  7. it good to serve a bit cold. or it will be thick.
