ABOUT Hummus RECIPE

Hummus is a famous moroccan dish made with chick peas, this is very healthy as this is packed with proteins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled white chickpeas 1 1/2 cup
  2. Garlic Clove 2
  3. Lemin juice 3 tablespoon
  4. Water 3 tablespoon
  5. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  6. Salt (as needed)
  7. Chilli powder (as needed)
  8. Thahini sauce 4 tablespoon
  9. Ingredients neede for thahini sauce:
  10. Sesame seed white 1/2 cup
  11. Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast white sesame seeds till nice golden brown and grind it...
  2. Add olive oil to it and grind it again to make a tahini sauce..
  3. Blend the garlic clove in mixie .
  4. To this add boiled chickpeas, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder and tahini sauce and grind finely.
  5. Finally add water and pulse it..
  6. Transfer this to a bowl make a well in center pour little olive oil in the center and sprinkle some chilly powder on top and serve with hubus or chappati...
