Ingredients to make Sukka churmuri( murmura)

  • 2 cup churmuri( puffed rice)
  • 2 table spoon ground nuts
  • 1 table spoon phutana( fried gram)
  • 1/2 tea spoon cummin seeds
  • 1/2 tea mustard
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric

How to make Sukka churmuri( murmura)

  1. Heat kadai or pan
  2. Add oil
  3. If oil is heated add ground nuts
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add mustard seeds
  6. Add phutana
  7. Fry all the ingredients
  8. Add curry leaves
  9. Add turmeric powder
  10. Add salt
  11. Add lemon juice
  12. Mix everything, finally add murmura
  13. Mix well
  14. Let it cool
  15. Store in air tight box
  16. While serving add onion, green chillies, and mixture( sev)

My Tip:

If u dont have lemon add aamchoor powder
