ABOUT Cucumber boat salad RECIPE

This is a way of making the salad look beautiful and delicious at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 large cucumber
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 11/8 tsp black pepper powder
  4. 1 cup Mix vegetable chopped(capsicum,onion ,cabbage,carrot)
  5. 2 spoon mayyonise

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber.
  2. Slice them down the middle length wise.
  3. Using a spoon , gently scrape out the sides.
  4. Discard the scooped seeds .
  5. Take a bowl.mix all the veggies and black pepper powder,mayyonise .mix well.
  6. Place the mixture in cucumber half.
  7. Decorated like boat.
