Ingredients to make Healthy Tawa pizza

  • Ingredients for pizza base :
  • 3 tablespoon oats powder
  • 1/2 cup turnip puree
  • Chopped green chilly 1 teaspoon
  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  • 1+1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1+1/4 cup water
  • Ingredients for Topping:
  • 3 deseeded tomatoes sliced
  • 3 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup Boiled corns
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon olives
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt according to taste
  • Mozeralla Cheese grated 1/2cup

How to make Healthy Tawa pizza

  1. Mix all ingredients of pizza base and make a thick batter.
  2. Now heat non stick tawa and grease it with olive oil.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of batter on tawa and spread it. Make thick pancakes like pizza base
  4. When bubble appears flip the side and semi cook all pancakes like this. Keep aside.
  5. For topping:
  6. Now heat remaining oil and add onions and saute. Now add all vegetables except olives. Cook till vegetables are bit crunchy but dry.
  7. Add all spices and mix nicely. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  8. Now take ready pancakes and spread pizza sauce on it. Sprinkle some mozeralla cheese on it.
  9. Now spread ready topping , olives on pancake and at last again sprinkle cheese on it.
  10. Cook this pizza on tawa at low flame with lid. Check after 3-4 minutes.
  11. Soon cheese will melt. And sides of pizza will become golden. It means pizza is ready.
  12. Serve healthy pancake pizza hot with sauce of your choice.

My Tip:

More vegetables can also be used for topping.
