Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Prawns 1/2 kg
  2. Green peas 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Tumeric 1/2tsp or less
  5. Onion 2
  6. Tomato 1/2
  7. Ginger 1 pod
  8. Garlic 15-20
  9. Salt for taste
  10. Oil 8 tsp

Instructions

  1. CLEAN PRAWN AND WASH IN TURMERIC WATER
  2. ADD SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,REFRIDGERATE FOR AN HOUR.
  3. GRIND GINGER AND GARLIC
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC IN OIL PAN. FRY UPTO IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN
  5. GRIND ONION,CORIANDER LEAF WITH LITTLE SALT
  6. FRY IT IN PAN WITH GINGER GARLIC
  7. ADD TOMOTO PURIE IN IT AND FRY
  8. ADD PRAWNS AND MIX WELL. KEEP IT FOR TWO MIN.
  9. THEN ADD WATER TO COOK
  10. WHEN WATER BOILED ADD GREEN PEAS ON IT. COOK UPTO WATER DISAPPER
  11. TASTY PEAS PRAWS FRY IS READY
