Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 1 cup(grated)
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Blacksalt ½tsp
  5. Red chilli powder ½tsp
  6. Chat masala powder ½tsp

Instructions

  1. WASH 1 CUP GRATED POTATO.
  2. NOW AGAIN WASH WITH CHILLED WATER.
  3. DRAIN ACCESS WATER.
  4. SPREAD ON A TOWEL AND DRY THESE POTATO STICKS WITH ANOTHER TOWEL.
  5. KEEP ASIDE THOSE POTATO STICKS.
  6. LOOK AT THESE STARCH FREE POTATO STICKS.
  7. FRY IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  8. STIR EVENTUALLY.
  9. WHEN IT'S COLOUR TURNED INTO GOLDEN BROWN. TAKE OUT ON A TISSUE PAPER.
  10. NOW ADD SPICES... HALF TSP BLACKSALT, 1/4TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE .
  11. ADD HALF TSP CHAT MASALA POWDER. MIX WELL.
