Quick Schezwan Rolls

Ingredients to make Quick Schezwan Rolls

  • Bread slice 5
  • Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 2
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • cottage cheese 150 gms
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Quick Schezwan Rolls

  1. TEAR 5 BREAD SLICES IN A MIXER JAR
  2. GRIND INTO A POWDER
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TSP GINGER PASTE
  4. ADD 3/4 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  5. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY, MIX
  6. ADD 1 CUP GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE, MIX
  7. TAKE SMALL BALLS, SHAPE INTO CUTLETS
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  9. TOSS CAREFULLY TO COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  10. REMOVE & PLACE ON ABSORBENT PAPER WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
