Extra Hot Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients to make Extra Hot Peri Peri Chicken

  • 2 Chicken leg pieces (Large)
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 4 tbsp Nandos Peri peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch of chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp oOil
  • 1 tsp Butter

How to make Extra Hot Peri Peri Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces again with Nando’s peri peri sauce, peri peri seasoning and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Brush the oil on the chicken. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes.
  4. Brush butter on the chicken, add the chopped coriander, oregano and chilli flakes.
  5. Serve hot.
