Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Goosefoot/bathua 1/2 cup(blanched)
  2. Multi purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Asefotidia 1pinch
  4. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  5. Coriender powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE ONE CUP FLOUR,PRE-BLANCHED GOOSEFOOT/BATHUA, SALT, ASEFOTIDIA,RED CHILLI AND CORIENDER POWDER.
  2. MAKE A TIGHT DAUGH.
  3. ROLL AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES.
  4. MAKE A BALL.
  5. ROLL IT WITH A ROLLING PIN.
  6. FRY IN PRE-HEATED OIL FROM BOTH SIDES.
