  • wheat flour one and a half cup
  • one small beetroot
  • salt as per taste
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • one teaspoon dry coriander powder
  • one fourth teaspoon garam masala
  • half cup water for making dough
  • one potato
  • two cups of oil frying

How to make Beetroot masala puri

  1. boil beetroot and potato in a pressure cooker giving 3whistles
  2. cool peel both mash well and keep
  3. make dough using wheat flour potato and beetroot with all masales
  4. knead well
  5. heat oil in a pan
  6. make small equal balls of dough about lime size
  7. roll out into discs
  8. deep fry first on high flame then on medium
  9. serve hot with curd or pickle
  10. roll
