ABOUT Besan coated Toast RECIPE

This is my take on the traditional bread pakodas, a perfect snack for the evening hunger pangs.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Besan
  2. 1 spoon ginger,garlic paste
  3. 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  4. 4 tea spoon baking soda
  5. 2 spoon salt
  6. 2 green chilli chopped
  7. 1 spoon ajwain
  8. 1 spoon kasuri methi
  9. Oil for deep frying
  10. Water if required
  11. 3 bread slice

Instructions

  1. Firstly cut the bread into the 12 equal pieces.
  2. Then take a bowl put all mentioned ingredients into it and mix all.
  3. Then add one spoon oil into it and again mix.
  4. Now heat some oil in a wok.
  5. Now dip the bread slices in the Besan batter and deep fry In the oil.
  6. Fry until the coating is golden brown and crisp enough.
  7. Now strain them.
  8. Serve hot with sauce.
