  • all purpose flour. 2 cup
  • butter. 1 tbs
  • Large egg. 1/2
  • sugar. 1/2 tbs
  • salt. 1/2 tsp
  • Luke warm milk. 2/3 cup to 1/2 cup
  • Instant yeast. 1/2 tbs
  • For topping 2 tbs melted butter

  • tomatos. 4/5
  • Venegar. 1/2 tbs
  • sugar. 1&1/2 tsp
  • salt as to taste
  • All spice powder. 1/4 tsp
  • bay leaf. 2
  • cinnamon stick. 2
  • Aji amrillo paste. 1/2 tbs( opt)
  • red chilli powder. 1/2 tbs

  • spinach. Chopped. 1/2 cup
  • Mashed boiled potato. 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green tomatoes. 1/2 cup
  • onion chopped. 3 tbs
  • garlic minced. 1 tsp
  • Basella-poi seeds. 3 tbs
  • Oats. 3 tbs
  • Flat rice/ poha. 3 tbs
  • salt. As to taste
  • cumin powder. 1 tsp
  • KABEB powder. 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli shredded. 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tbs
  • Green coriander. Shredded 3 tbs
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pea nuts. 2 tbs
  • egg white. 1

How to make Spinach-flat rice veg Burger

  1. :sunflower: :maple_leaf: burger buns:
  2. Mix all of the dough ingreadents by hand mixture or an electric mixer.
  3. Make a very soft dough kneading well.
  4. Allow it to rest for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.or until it is nearly double in bulk.
  5. Gently deflate dough.divide it in to 5 pieces.shape in to a round ball.
  6. Flatten to about 3 inches across.place buns in a greased baking sheet in covered.rest it.
  7. When all buns get double size,brush buns with about half of the melted butter.
  8. Bake buns in a pre heated oven to 375° F for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, brush rest of the melted butter.it keeps buns super soft.

  11. Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan. Add minced garlic stir until it gets brown.
  12. Add chopped onion, stir well.add chopped tomatoes, spinach, basella-poi seeds.stir well.
  13. Add salt , cumin powder, pepper powder, roasted peanuts, green coriander leaves.stir and turn off heat.
  14. Sprinkle 1/2 tbs water over oats& flatten rice to absorb moisture.
  15. Add mashed potatoes with fried spinach basella-poi mixture.
  16. Add flatten rice,oats, mix well.and divide it into 5/6 portion.flatten it give burger shape.
  17. Grill it until it gets crispy , brown coating.or u can fry it as I did.
  18. To fry burgers,emarge bathers in egg white and deep fry in sufficient oil until gets perfect golden brown colour.

  20. Grill tomatoes in oven on grill mode or u can grill in non sticky pan in medium low flame.until dark grill line appear.
  21. Cook until nicely charred & sagging.remove and chop into pieces.
  22. Transfer to a another pan and medium saute over medium heat.
  23. Add vinegar, sugar, cinnamon stick,bay leaves,salt,all spices powder keep stirring.
  24. When mixture hold its shape discard turn off heat.discard bay leaves, cinnamon stick.add aji amrillo paste.
  25. Blend it to a smooth thick sauce about the consistency is reached.

  27. Place burgers on the buns ,arrange with sliced cucumber,lattuce or blanched coriander leaves, onion rings,.add cheese sheet and use burger ketchup as topping.sprinkle some nigella seeds over it.
