Chicken Schezwan Kebab

Ingredients to make Chicken Schezwan Kebab

  • 500 gm Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 1 Large sized onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 red and yellow capsicum, cubed
  • Oil for brushing
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Chicken Schezwan Kebab

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Marinate it again with the schezwan sauce and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare your skewer with chicken, onion and capsicum. Brush with oil and grill for around 35 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
