  • 500gram redchilly
  • 1and1/2cup mustard oil
  • 2spoon red chilly powder
  • 5spoon salt
  • 2spoon cumin
  • 2spoon fennelseeds
  • 1/2spoon nigella seeds
  • 1and1/2spoon turmeric powder
  • 2spoon dry mango powder
  • 1spoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2spoon assofiteda

How to make Homemade Stuffed Red Chilli Pickle

  1. WASH, SLIT 500 GRAM RED CHILLIES
  2. HEAT A NON-STICK PAN, ADD 1.5 TSP CUMIN, 1 TSP EACH OF FENUGREEK & MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. ADD 2 TSP FENNEL, 1/2 TSP NIGELLA SEEDS, ROAST FOR 2-3 MINS
  4. PUT ROASTED SPICES INTO A MIXER JAR, GRIND
  5. MAKE A FINE POWDER
  6. IN A BIG PLATE, MIX GROUND MASALA WITH 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA POWDER
  7. ADD 2 TSP AMCHUR, 1.5 TSP TURMERIC POWDERS
  8. ADD 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 5 TSP SALT
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP OIL, MIX
  10. FILL MASALA MIX INSIDE THE RED CHILLI SLITS
  11. STUFF ALL THE CHILLIES
  12. PLACE ALL THE CHILLIES INTO A DRY CERAMIC/ GLASS CONTAINER
  13. ADD 1 CUP MUSTARD OIL
  14. COVER & KEEP IN SUNLIGHT FOR 2-3 DAYS
