  • cabbage 2-3 cup
  • onion slices 1 large
  • Grated ginger 1.5 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • besan 1.5 cup
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Cabbage fritters/ Cabbage Pakore

  1. ADD 1.5 CUP GRAM FLOUR/BESAN
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. SALT TO TASTE,1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  4. MIX ALL THE SPICES & ADD SOME WATER
  5. MAKE A THICK BATTER
  6. WHISK FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  7. 1.5 TSP GRATED GINGER & CORIANDER LEAVES,MIX
  8. ONION SLICES -1 LARGE(OPTIONAL)
  9. ADD CABBAGE (2-3 CUP),MIX
  10. MIXTURE LIKE THIS
  11. DEEP FRY THE FRITTERS INTO HOT OIL ON MEDIUM FLAME
  12. FLIP CAREFULLY
