About Cheese Pakoda Recipe

A perfect 4 pm snack to eat with hot tea.

Cheese Pakoda

Ingredients to make Cheese Pakoda

  • Cheese 200gm
  • maida 100gm
  • Chopped onion 1 (small dice)
  • Chopped cabbage, tomato, capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Few coriander leaves, chopped

How to make Cheese Pakoda

  1. Take a bowl and mix in all the ingredients together. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and make a thick batter of it.
  2. Make balls and fry these pakodas on a high flame.
  3. Serve it hot alongside tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add any vegetables and kids will enjoy it. After frying the pakodas, you can sprinkle chaat masala on top.
