ABOUT Cabbage paratha RECIPE

A healthy breakfast option , a yummy paratha made with cabbage.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cabbage shredded
  2. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp chilly chopped
  5. 1/2turmeric powder
  6. 1 spoon chopped coriander
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.Add all above ingredients.
  2. Make a dough for paratha .
  3. Then rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then take a lemon size ball from dough.
  5. And make paratha.
  6. Greased with ghee and roast it both sides.
