Kurkure Chaat

Ingredients to make Kurkure Chaat

  • Kurkure - 1 packet (small)
  • Cucumber (without seeds) - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chilli - 1
  • French Fries (leftover) - 1 bowl
  • Paneer - 50 gms
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp

How to make Kurkure Chaat

  1. Chop all the the salad ingredients finely and mix it well together.
  2. Next, add in the french fries along with salt, pepper, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix it well together.
  3. Then add in kurkure and mix it again. Squeeze lemon on top.
  4. Garnish with coriander chutney, grated paneer, fried potato and serve.
