Ingredients to make Scallops Thai curry

  • 1 carrot medium
  • 1 onion
  • Half a yellow zuchhini
  • Half a capsicum
  • 1 spring onion bulb
  • 3-4baby corn pieces
  • 2pieces cherry tomatoes medium size
  • 3-4 pieces broccoli
  • 1 tspn crushed garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 2tblspn oil
  • 3 tspn thai curry exotic paste green
  • some parseley leaves
  • Some corriander chopped
  • green chillies optional in number
  • 1 cup dabur coconut milk
  • Some curry leaves

How to make Scallops Thai curry

  1. KEEP READY YOUR VEGGIES CLEANT & WASHED,HAVE 1 BIG ONION CHOPPED READY TOO
  2. HEAT 2TBLSPN OIL IN A PAN ADD 1TSPN CRUSHED GARLIC ,SOME CURRY LEAVES TO STIR FRY
  3. ADD 1 BULB OF SPRING ONION JULLIENE IN THE PAN,SAUTE
  4. WASH DIP ALL VEGGIES IN SALT WATER ONCE
  5. ADD ALL THESE VEGGIES TO THE SAUTE ONIONS ,STIR FRY 2-3 MINUTES
  6. TAKE OUT ABOUT 4-5 SCALLOPS FROZEN MEAT TO THAW
  7. ADD ONE TSPN OIL TO A PAN ,PINCH OF SALT AND TURMERIC ,STIR FRY THD SCALLOPS IN THIS
  8. ADD THE STIR FRIED SCALLOPS TO THE VEGGIES DONE
  9. MIX ALL WELL AND COOK 2-3 MINUTES COVERED
  10. NOW REMOVD THESE VEGGIES AND SCALLOPS MIX IN A BOWL
  11. AD ABOUT 500 ML WATER TO THE PAN ON FLAME, HEAT IT
  12. USE THIS THAI CURRY PASTE IF AVAILABLE OR THE ONE OF YOUR CHOICE
  13. ADD 3 TSPNS OF THIS CURRY PASTE TO THE WATER HEATING IT FUTHER STIRRING
  14. BRING TO BOIL THE CURRY STIRRING
  15. ADD1CUP COCONUT MILK TO THIS CURRY OR2 TBLSPN COCONUT POWDER TO THIS CURRY AND STIR TO COOK 3-4 MINUTES
  16. ADD THE 3-4 PIECES OF BROCCOLI NOW
  17. ADD THE STIR FRIED VEGGIES NOW AND LIGHTLY MIX ALL
  18. BOIL FOR A MINUTE,PUT OFF FLAME
  19. ADD SOME PARSELY LEAVESIF AVAILABLE OR CORRIANDER ON THIS CURRY
  20. REMOVE IN A DISH
