Ingredients to make Bread Rolls

  • Whole wheat Bread - 6 slices
  • potato boiled - 2
  • Macroni boiled (leftover) - 1 cup (optional)
  • peas -1/4 cup
  • Cheese slices - 2
  • onion- 1
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp

How to make Bread Rolls

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and keep it aside adding salt.
  2. Chop the onion and green chilli, then add in the boiled sweet corns and macaroni and mix it well.
  3. Add the mixture to the mashed potatoes, then add the cheese making small slices of the big ones. Now add pepper and chilli powder mix it properly so that no lumps remain.
  4. Take a bread slice, slightly dip it in water and then squeeze it using both hands. Fill it with the mashed mixture and make a roll. Make all the rolls in the same manner.
  5. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 150 degrees temperature.
  6. Fry these rolls for 5 minutes at 150 degrees and then at 200 degrees for at least 8 - 10 minutes. Keep checking in between.
  7. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
