It's very easy to digest and healthy soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vegetable Stock - 1 tablespoon
  2. Oil - 1 tea spoon
  3. All vegetables ( beans, carrot) - 1 cup
  4. Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  6. Red chili sauce - as required
  7. Pepper powder - pinch
  8. Vinegar - 1 tbs
  9. Ginger (finely sliced) - 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Corn flour - 1 tea spoon
  12. Water - as required
  13. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a vegetable stock, to it add 3 cups of water and let it boil.
  2. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce as required, pepper, sugar.
  3. All vegetables, slices of ginger, salt and boil this once.
  4. When it comes to boil, add oil, then mix corn flour in water and add this to the above vegetable stock , bring this to boil again as thicker you want.
  5. Take a serving bowl, add coriander and soup into it.
