Veggie Burger

Ingredients to make Veggie Burger

  • 1 cup chopped potato
  • 1/2 cup chopped french beans
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped coiliflower
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp tsp aamchur powder
  • 1 pouch maggi magic masala
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup maida
  • oil for deep frying
  • 4 tbsp funfood bread spread
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • onion sliced
  • tomato slice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 burger bun
  • 3 cubes grated chesse

How to make Veggie Burger

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add all veggies mix it well
  3. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes
  4. Add Garlic paste mix well.
  5. Add turmeric powder,aamchur powder and magic masala and salt saute for a minute.
  6. Add maida,mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.While stirring continuously.
  7. While mixture is hot,mash veggies using a potato masher.
  8. Keep aside add 1 grated cheese cube mix well.
  9. Add Bread crumbs and make a dough.
  10. Once mixture cool completely
  11. Divide into a 3-4 equal portion and make a Patties(Tikki).
  12. Make maida slury and dip each patti in the maida mixture and roll in the maida mixture.
  13. Heat the oil in kadhai and deep fry each Pattie till it turn golden brown from both side.
  14. Drain on absorbent paper and keep a side.
  15. Cut each burger bun horizontally into two.
  16. Apply butter and toast them lightly.
  17. Apply fun food spread on each butter side of bun
  18. Place Pattie,slice onion ,tomato add grated cheese or cheese slice.
  19. Cover with uppar half of the bun and press it lightely
  20. Veggies burger is ready to serve
  21. Serve immediately with mayonise.

You can add veggies as per your choice.
