About Shahi Sugandhi Kebab Recipe

A kebab dish full of delicious aroma with a punch of gandhoraj.

Shahi Sugandhi Kebab

Ingredients to make Shahi Sugandhi Kebab

  • 300 gms Boneless cubed chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 100 gms hung curd
  • 25 gms processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 2 Gandhoraj lime
  • Handful of Chopped coriander
  • 1 egg
  • oil for brushing
  • A dash of Chat masala

How to make Shahi Sugandhi Kebab

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, egg, chilli powder, processed cheese and fresh cream. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. Marinate the chicken with saffron, gandhoraj (Lime zest and a few drops). Keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Brush oil on the chicken pieces and bake it for 35 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander, chat mashala and gandhoraj on top.
  6. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

Use fresh Gandhoraj at the time of marination.
