Ingredients to make Oats burger

  • 4 boiled potato
  • 1 bowl roasted and then grinded oats.
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspn garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2tspn black pepper
  • 1tspn Chaat masala
  • 2tblspn hung curd or fun food mayo sauce
  • 2 tblspn pasta sauce
  • Few chopped corriander leaves
  • oil
  • Buns

How to make Oats burger

  1. Mash all the boiled potatoes.
  2. Mix ground oats to them.
  3. Add all the masalas.
  4. Then add chopped corriander leaves and garlic paste..
  5. Make patties or tikkis in round shape.
  6. Press it from the middle lightly.
  7. Take a flat pan.
  8. Brush it with the oil.
  9. Put the tikki on it.
  10. Flip it.
  11. When it starts getting brown simmer the gas.
  12. When it is done and gets crispy put it in the plate.
  13. Now its time for plating.
  14. Take 1 bun
  15. Cut it into half
  16. Roast it on the pan.
  17. The spread mayo on one part of bun.
  18. And on the other part spread pizza or pasta sauce.
  19. After spreading take one of them.
  20. Put lettuce leaves.
  21. Lettuce should cover the bun.
  22. Then put onion
  23. And after onion put tikki on to it.
  24. And after tikki put tomato slices.
  25. After it cover from the other half of the bun.
  26. Now serve it with ketchup or chutney.
  27. Put some nachos and wafers aside the burger.
