ABOUT Healthy spicy Mutton Soup RECIPE

This is a recipe of a quick and healthy soup made with mutton, which is very rich in proteins and fibres.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton 1/2 bowl
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Small onion 4
  4. Water 5 Cups
  5. Salt as required
  6. For Grinding:::::
  7. Jeera seeds 2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Small Onion 10
  11. Garlic 10
  12. Cardamom 2
  13. Cloves 2

Instructions

  1. Grind the ingredients well using little water and set aside.
  2. In pressure cooker heat oil,add cardamon,cloves, onion,tomato,mutton.
  3. Add grounded paste and 1 cup of water
  4. Mix well.wait for 10 whistles
  5. Pour little coconut oil and serve it hot
