  • 1 tsp ghee
  • water as required
  • 1/2 cup choclate shivering
  • 1 tsp powder sugar

  • oil for frying
  • For chashni----
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Cardmon powder/cardmonessence
  • pista and red cherry for garnish

How to make Choclate samosa

  1. CHOP CHOCLATE
  2. ADD SUGAR
  3. AND PISTA
  4. TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  5. ADD SUGAR
  6. AND GHEE
  7. RUB GHEE IN FLOUR
  8. TAKE WATER AND MAKE DOUGH
  9. PUT DOUGH IN BOWL AND KEEP 10 MIN TO SET
  10. THEN ROLL DOWN LIKE PURI AND CUT IN MIDDLE
  11. THEN IN STRAIGHT SIDE SPREAD WATER TO STICK IT AND MAKE A CONE
  12. THEN HOLD IN HANDS FRIM STRAIGHT SIDES WHICH YOU STICK WITH WATER
  13. AND FILL THIS CONE WITH CHOCLATE MIX AND STICK BOTH SIDES WITH EACH OTHER
  14. GIVE SAMOSA SHAPE
  15. NOW MAKE SAMOSAS LIKE THAT
  16. HEAT OIL AND FRY THEM
  17. NOW ADD WATER AND SUGAR FOR CHASHNI
  18. AND BOIL IT
  19. TILL SUGAR MELT
  20. STIR IT
  21. TRANSFER IN BOWL AND ADD CARDMON ESSENCE
  22. NOW DIP SAMOSA ONE BY ONE IN SUGAR SYRUP
